Paper journal - Still Writing in my Diary

So Im thankful I found out what all I've been missing while I was in my English conference. So I think I'm gonna work on that for a little while. I thought writing in a paper journal for a weekend was a good experience for me. I was very suprised with how much I wrote and how easy it was to write. I wrote so much in what felt like just a few minutes. There wasnt that much of a difference between keeping paper journals and online journals. Maybe just the privacy factor. I was suprised to find out how much I actually enjoy keeping journals. They are a good way to really get things off your chest, things that are troubling you and things that are just hard to keep secret. I know there are plenty of times I need to vent off some frustration. I think journals, no matter what kind or variety, are a very good way to do that. They allow a release of sorts. That way you dont allow negative things to build up inside you,things that could be harmful if you dont deal with them sooner or later.
